Yes — most contracts are out-of-hours. Overnight, early-morning, or before first staff arrive. Alarm codes and access cards are held by the named supervisor only, with full digital sign-in / sign-out logs per visit.
Yes — we don’t subcontract. You’ll have a primary crew who learn the floor plan, the kitchen quirks and the meeting-room rota, with a backup team familiar with the same site for holiday or sickness cover. Continuity is the whole point.
£5m public liability, £10m employer’s liability, every operative DBS-checked and PAYE, COSHH register on file, ISO 9001 quality management, CHAS and SafeContractor accredited, BICSc-trained operatives. Certificates and risk assessments supplied before contract signature.
Issues are logged in the audit trail and routed straight to our maintenance team — same payroll, same building. Most call-outs (leaks, blown bulbs, sticky locks, broken blinds, partition tweaks) are fixed the next working day. Larger jobs are quoted before booking.
Yes — soap, paper, hand towels, kitchen consumables and washroom supplies are fully managed and billed monthly at cost, no markup. Eco-friendly, allergen-aware and fragrance-free product lines are available on request, with full safety data sheets.
